1. Look at the appearance. If the paper is very white and not very smooth, it is caused by problems with the protective coating and thermal coating of the paper. Too much fluorescent powder is added. Good thermal paper should be slightly green.
2. Fire baking. Heat the back of the paper with fire. After heating, the color on the label paper is brown, indicating that there is a problem with the thermal formula and the storage time may be shorter. If there are fine stripes or uneven color spots on the black part of the paper, it indicates that the coating is uneven. Good quality thermal paper should be dark green (with a little green) after heating, and the color blocks are uniform, and the color gradually fades from the center to the surroundings.
3. Sunlight contrast recognition. Apply a fluorescent pen to the thermal paper printed by the barcode printing software and expose it to the sun. The faster the thermal paper turns black, the shorter the storage time.
