1. Avoid direct sunlight
Store in a dark, cool environment to prevent fading and material deformation caused by ultraviolet rays, and keep the label color bright and the structure stable.
2. Moisture-proof, sun-proof, high-temperature-proof, and ultra-low-temperature-proof
The storage environment humidity requirement is 45%~55%, and the temperature requirement is 21℃~25℃. Excessive temperature and humidity may cause the label paper to deteriorate or the adhesive to fail.
3. Use plastic film to seal the package
Use plastic film to seal the package to isolate dust, moisture and external pollution, and keep the label clean and dry.
4. Scientific stacking
Label paper cannot directly contact the ground or wall to prevent the absorption of dust and moisture. Rolls should be stacked upright, flat sheets should be stored flatly, and the height of each board should not exceed 1m, and the goods should be more than 10cm from the ground (wooden board).
5. Follow the “first in, first out” principle
In order to avoid quality problems such as discoloration and glue overflow due to long-term inventory of labels, the “first in, first out” principle should be strictly implemented.
6. Regular inspection and maintenance
Regularly check the storage environment to ensure that the temperature and humidity control equipment is operating normally and the packaging is well sealed.
